equipment. Ship all out bound shipments with UPS and FedEx. Track
shipments via FedEx daily for issues and notify departments of delivery.

Oversee shipping, set-up and tear down of company tradeshow materials to and

Warehouse Supervisor – Oversee the daily
work activities for the warehouse/shipping staff. Direct, monitor
and delegate the daily activities and work flow of my direct report to ensure
completion and on-time deliveries. Train and supervise additional
temporary staff when needed. Receive and process all inbound deliveries
from UPS, FedEx and cargo containers in a timely manner. Receive, inspect
and assist in testing of all RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)
products. Repack and restock all returns items. Research shipping
companies for cost effectiveness and negotiate rates as needed for trade show
shipments and drop shipments to customers. Ensure that quality control
procedures and safety guidelines are maintained at all times. Log all
product discrepancies in an Excel spreadsheet and provide reports to the

transfers between warehouses with Inventory Clerk in the Michigan facility

show equipment from warehouse racks as well as the loading and unloading of
delivery trucks. Palletize, stack and store all equipment, materials

Shipping Manager – Monitored and
delegated the daily activities and work flow for the shipping staff to ensure
completion and on time deliveries. Participated in daily management
production meetings to review scheduling, timelines and commitments to our
customers. Reviewed production reports with area managers to verify times
when product will be available for final shipment preparation. Coordinated
with internal department management including install teams, schedulers,
loaders and un-loaders as well as external delivery services and final destinations
casinos. Prepared daily work packs which include all necessary components for
each job while coordinating with the Install Manager and Parts Departments to
ensure all required hardware is compiled as needed for each shipment.
Researched shipping companies for cost effectiveness and negotiate rates as
